About this objectThe Royal Flying Corps Rugby Union was the predecessor to the Royal Air Force Rugby Union. This cap was awarded to Lieutenant G.B. Walker who was killed during World War I. Although international matches were suspended between 1915 and 1919 games between the armed forces were popular.
