About this objectRoyal Navy Rugby cap awarded to Captain Mike A. Pearey in 1953. The Royal Navy Rugby Union plays an annual match in May against the Army Rugby Union, a tradition since 1878, for the Babcock Trophy. It was in 1920 that the match was moved to Twickenham and each year it is one of the most competitive matches held at the stadium.
